Jasmine is indeed an amazing sleep inducer! It is a flower associated, by many of us, with warm tropical evenings filled with its heady scent. Lichen Rock.com has a bath salt made with sea salts from Bali saturated in Jasmine, Rose Geranium, neroli, chamomile and vanilla essential oils. A warm bouyant soak in sea salts and that gorgeous mix of EOs, will make that climb out of the bath into bed, possitively dreamy!
Just came across this which I thought you might find really cool. Scientific trial data supporting aromatherapy as a treatment for insomnia!!
